As customer engagement continues to play a pivotal role in their success, they are looking for a hands-on Senior CRM Executive to help drive the next phase of their customer lifecycle strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business where CRM is a major revenue channel. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of the CRM function during a key trading period before moving into a collaborative long-term structure.

The Role

As Senior CRM Executive, you'll be responsible for planning, building and optimising customer communications across email, SMS and other owned channels, ensuring every campaign is relevant, engaging and commercially effective. Working closely with Performance, Brand and Ecommerce teams, you'll use customer insight, segmentation and data to improve engagement, retention and customer lifetime value across multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS and customer lifecycle communications.
  • Build, optimise and maintain automated customer journeys using Klaviyo.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies to improve engagement, conversion and retention.
  • Analyse campaign performance, delivering actionable insights through testing and optimisation.
  • Lead structured A/B testing programmes across campaigns and automated flows.
  • Work closely with Brand, Performance and Ecommerce teams to deliver joined-up customer experiences.
  • Manage CRM performance reporting and identify opportunities for continual improvement.
  • Take ownership of the CRM function during a key trading period, ensuring campaigns are delivered to the highest standard.

What We're Looking For

The successful Senior CRM Executive will have previous experience within a fast-paced ecommerce or D2C environment and be comfortable managing CRM activity from strategy through to execution. You'll bring:

  • Proven hands-on experience using Klaviyo.
  • Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation and automation.
  • Experience building and optimising CRM campaigns and automated customer journeys.
  • A data-led approach with experience analysing campaign performance and running A/B tests.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong project management skills.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to work across Marketing, Ecommerce and Brand teams.
  • Experience within an ecommerce, retail or consumer brand environment.

Why Apply?

This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded Senior CRM Executive to join one of the UK's fastest-growing D2C brands. You'll play a key role in shaping customer engagement, driving retention and influencing the continued growth of an ambitious international business, with genuine ownership and progression opportunities within a collaborative, high-performing team.
