What You'll Be Doing:
Build and lead a high-performing team, creating a positive environment where people feel motivated, supported and encouraged to develop.
Take ownership of the store's commercial performance, using your leadership and customer focus to maximise sales and achieve agreed targets.
Set the tone on the shop floor by demonstrating excellent service standards and ensuring every customer receives a memorable, personalised experience.
Oversee the financial and operational performance of the store, including budgets, KPIs and day-to-day standards, while identifying opportunities to improve results.
Lead from the front in a fashion retail environment, balancing commercial priorities with team engagement, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
A strong retail leader with experience managing a store or retail operation, ideally in fashion, accessories or a similarly customer-focused environment.
Someone who understands what drives a successful store, from sales and commercial performance through to day-to-day operations, standards and team engagement.
A natural people leader who knows how to build, motivate and develop a team, creating an environment where individuals are supported to perform at their best.
