You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team to deliver excellent customer service

  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience through expert advice and service
  • Managing rotas, stock, administration, compliance and health & safety
  • Maintaining high standards across the store, including merchandising and presentation
  • Managing performance, training and development within the team
  • Building strong relationships with customers and developing repeat business
  • Handling customer and colleague issues confidently and professionally
  • Working closely with the wider management team to achieve business objectives

  • A genuine passion for fishing or angling, with a good understanding of fishing products and equipment
  • The enthusiasm to share your knowledge and passion with customers

Don't have retail management experience but are an experienced hospitality manager looking for a change? We'd still like to hear from you. Equally, if you're an Assistant Manager who is ready to step up into your first Store Manager role and you're passionate about fishing, this could be a great opportunity.
