Digital Trading Specialist – Up to £40k/ Hybrid
Our client based in the East Midlands area are currently on the lookout for some strong Digital Trading Specialists. They are undergoing an exciting digital transformation, building a cutting-edge digital hub at the heart of their business. Managing multiple websites generating millions of pounds in revenue annually, they are growing rapidly-and this is your opportunity to grow with them.
You will join one of the UK's leading retail groups and play a key role in shaping the future of ecommerce for household-name brands.
What You'll Do
- Manage Ecommerce Trading: Take ownership of sales, promotions, and the customer journey, driving growth and achieving online KPIs.
- Analyse & Optimise: Use data to identify trends, improve site navigation, and boost conversion rates with actionable insights.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing and other departments to align trading strategies and deliver consistent content and promotions.
- Lead & Mentor: Oversee Digital Trading Assistants and manage key internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay Competitive: Monitor market trends, seasonal patterns, and customer behaviours to maintain a strong commercial edge.
