Zachary Daniels Recruitment is delighted to be supporting this hyper growth retail business in the appointment of a Senior Paid Social Executive to join their ever growing business.
Role Overview
As Paid Social Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery and optimisation of paid campaigns across multiple platforms. You\’ll report to and collaborate with the Paid Social Manager to help drive performance across UK and international markets.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on platform experience, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, launch, and manage Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms.
- Reporting on performance and analysing data
- Build audiences, implement creative variations, and support test-and-learn strategies.
- Support the localisation of campaigns for multiple regions and languages.
- Work with the creative and content teams to help brief and review high-performing ad creatives.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns (preferably in-house).
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager; experience with TikTok and Snapchat Ads is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable working with performance data and deriving insights.
- Understanding of campaign structures, audience targeting, and creative testing.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
