A fast-paced multi-channel retailer is looking for a highly analytical and commercially-minded Digital Analytics Manager to take ownership of digital reporting, insight generation, and performance measurement across all online channels. This is a key role that will partner with trading, marketing, UX, and senior leadership to drive data-led decision-making and support the brand's ambitious digital growth targets. The ideal Digital Analytics Manager will be confident working across large data sets, tools, and stakeholders - transforming numbers into actions that deliver real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Owns all digital performance reporting across web, app, email, and paid media
- Builds dashboards and custom reports using GA4, Shopify Analytics, and other relevant tools
- Delivers weekly and monthly insight packs, highlighting trends, key metrics, and commercial opportunities
- Provides actionable recommendations to improve conversion, AOV, bounce rate, and customer journey effectiveness
- Partners closely with digital trading, CRM, UX, and paid teams to measure campaign impact and site performance
- Develops clear measurement frameworks and testing strategies to support digital initiatives
- Supports A/B testing and CRO efforts by tracking, analysing, and presenting results
- Monitors user behaviour and journey data to identify friction points and areas for optimisation
- Keeps up to date with platform changes, attribution models, and analytics best practices
- Trains internal teams on data tools, ensuring best-in-class tracking and tagging
What We're Looking For
- A strong background in digital or eCommerce analytics within a fast-moving retail environment
- Expert knowledge of GA4, with the ability to build reports and dashboards independently
- Comfortable working with large data sets, and confident with Excel/Google Sheets for analysis
- Familiar with Shopify, content performance metrics, and attribution models
- Experience using tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
- A strategic thinker with a sharp commercial instinct
- Excellent communicator - able to simplify complex data into meaningful business insights
- A proactive Digital Analytics Manager who thrives on improving performance through data
