We are looking for a Department Manager that is passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service as well as maintaining strong brand standards at all times across the store.We are keen to speak to people who have experience as an department manager, supervisor or team leader coming from service focused retailers where you can bring energy and drive!
As Department Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Assist the store manager in leading and developing a great store team
- Driving customer service standards in your store.
- Driving sales in store and ensuring site profitability.
- Ensure company and product brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
- Achieving store and company KPI\'s.
- Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.
