The Role:
As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance and day-to-day operation of the store. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will inspire your team, drive commercial success, and maintain the highest standards across every area of the business.

- Understands retail KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, and UPT
