Club Manager | Glasgow | Leisure Club | Salary up to £35,000 + generous bonus

This is an exciting Club Manager role at the heart of a growing leisure club, focused on bringing communities together, getting people active, and delivering memorable sessions and events that help the club thrive.

• Proven leadership experience with a strong commercial and operational mindset.

• Confidence to be hands‑on and get involved across all areas of the club.
• A people-first approach, with the ability to create a welcoming, inclusive, and social environment.

What You'll Do:

• Take ownership of the day-to‑day running of the club.
• Build and grow a thriving local leisure community through engaging activities and well‑planned programmes.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation, repeat visits, and strong member relationships.
• Plan and deliver events, sessions, and social activities that bring people together.
• Lead and motivate the club team, creating a positive and high‑performing environment.
• Monitor commercial performance and identify opportunities to grow membership, revenue and engagement.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring high standards are maintained across the venue.
• Lead social media activity to keep members informed, engaged, and active.
