Part-Time Administrator β Luxury Retailer β Chichester
We are a luxury retailer in Chichester seeking an experienced PART TIME
administrator (25-30hrs per wk) to join our team. This role is Monday to Friday with flexible hours and offers a salary of up to Β£30,000 per annum pro rata.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, record keeping, filing, and document management
- Support daily office operations and team coordination
- Maintain accurate records and systems using retail software, including Pursuit
- Assist with internal communications and reporting
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous administrative experience in a retail, luxury, or office environment
- Strong computer literacy, confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and retail software systems
- Knowledge of Pursuit software or similar systems is highly desirable (training provided)
- Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and discreet
