The Opportunity

As Wholesale Coordinator, you'll work closely with the European sales team and key internal departments (operations, supply chain, commercial and marketing) to ensure smooth day-to-day management of customer accounts - particularly French retailers and partners.

  • Act as the main point of contact for account-specific queries across the European customer base - especially French accounts.
  • Analyse sales and stock data and generate weekly reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer pricing and data are accurate and up to date.
  • Process and track orders, managing open order workbooks and liaising with planning, operations, and sales.

You’ll likely have worked in an operations or coordination role within a consumer goods, FMCG, or wholesale business, where you’ve worked across functions and supported B2B clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Fluent French and English language skills (Dutch a bonus).
  • A strong customer-centric mindset with a background in B2B account coordination.
  • Solid working knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
