The Store Manager Role:
- Full responsibility for the performance of the store, ensuring exceptional standards across customer service, operations and commercial performance.
- Leading, motivating and developing a high performing retail team.
- Driving sales performance and delivering KPI targets.
- Creating an exceptional customer experience.
- Taking ownership of store profitability and commercial performance.
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members.
- Managing stock, deliveries and day-to-day store operations.
- Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and brand standards.

- Working closely with the Area Manager to drive business performance.
About You:
To be successful in this Store Manager role, you'll have:
