Zachary Daniels are recruiting a General Manager for a premium fast paced restaurant in Leek, Staffordshire. With a salary of up to £32,000 plus an incredible bonus scheme and benefits, we are looking for a Coffee Shop Manager that is passionate about delivering a world-class experience for their customers and creating a fantastic environment for their team.

With exciting opening plans for the rest of 2024 and 2025, our client is a giant in their industry, this is the best time to be part of their business. As a Coffee Shop Manager you will be passionate, fun, energetic, love leading from the front and being the face of the business.

As a Coffee Shop Manager your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Driving customer service standards in your site.
  • Driving sales and ensuring site profitability.
  • Training, coaching and developing your team.
  • Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
  • Achieving store and company KPI's.
  • Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.
