Rate: £15.00-£16.00 per hour (DOE)

Clinic Receptionist responsibilities:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all clients, greeting them with warmth and professionalism.

  • Handling inbound calls, appointment bookings, and client enquiries (in both English and Arabic).

  • Managing the clinic diary and coordinating bookings efficiently.

  • Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring front-of-house areas are immaculate at all times.

  • Supporting practitioners with client flow and assisting with client paperwork.

  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records using clinic systems.

  • Promoting products, skincare treatments, and clinic services with confidence and product knowledge.

  • Ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for every client throughout their visit.

  • Upholding clinic standards in line with brand values and regulatory guidelines.

What We\'re Looking For:
  • Fluent Arabic and English speaker.

  • Previous front-of-house or reception experience, ideally in a luxury, beauty, aesthetic, or clinical setting.

  • Warm, engaging, and professional demeanour.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

  • A passion for skincare, wellness, and customer experience.

  • Availability to work 2 weekends per month and start immediately.
