Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on variety, enjoys working with senior stakeholders and wants to make a visible impact across an entire business? We're partnering with a leading, high-profile retail organisation to find a Project Manager to join their team and lead a diverse portfolio of exciting business projects. The role offers hybrid working, providing a balance of collaboration with teams in our client's London office and flexibility to work remotely.
This is an opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys being at the heart of the business. You won't be managing the same type of project day in, day out; this isn't a traditional Project Manager position. Your projects could span retail operations, people and HR, technology rollouts, new food and product ranges, customer initiatives, process improvements, business change and much more.
You'll work across multiple functions, bringing teams together, managing complex stakeholders and making sure projects move from initial concept through to successful delivery.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading a varied portfolio of projects across different areas of the business
- Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Managing projects across retail operations, people, technology, product and business change
- Creating clear project plans, managing risks, dependencies, budgets and timelines
- Bringing structure and momentum to complex projects

What we're looking for:
We're looking for a well-rounded Project Manager who has experience operating in a large, complex retail, hospitality or similarly fast-paced consumer environment. You'll need to demonstrate genuine experience of delivering projects across multiple business functions. We're not looking for someone whose experience has been limited to IT or technology projects.
