Backed by a leading private equity investor, the company is entering an exciting new chapter focused on transformation, growth, and long-term value creation. We are seeking a high-calibre CEO to lead the business through its next phase, building on current transformation initiatives and positioning the company for sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the overall business strategy in partnership with the Board and investors
- Lead and develop a high-performing Senior Leadership Team (HR, Finance UK & Ireland, Sales, Operations)
- Drive operational excellence across multiple sites, including completion of consolidation initiatives
- Deliver sustainable revenue growth and margin improvement through strong commercial leadership
- Lead pricing strategy, market positioning, and customer engagement
- Ensure robust financial performance, cash management, and governance
- Oversee completion of refinancing activities and maintain strong investor relationships
- Identify and execute growth opportunities, including organic and potential M&A activity
- Build a performance-driven culture with clear accountability and leadership capability
- Prepare the business for a successful future exit event
