Warehouse Team Manager
to join a busy distribution operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse leadership experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and motivating a team to deliver excellent results.
Someone within an e-commerce warehouse environment is the requirement.
About the Role As the PM Warehouse Team Manager you'll be responsible for overseeing the warehouse operation on a 2:30pm - 11:00pm shift, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, inventory is managed accurately, and the team works safely and productively.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and support warehouse operatives throughout the shift.
Coordinate daily picking, packing and dispatch activities.
Monitor workflow and allocate resources to meet operational priorities.
Ensure stock movements, replenishment and returns are completed accurately.
Maintain health and safety standards across the warehouse.
Coach team members and help drive continuous improvement.
Report operational issues and provide updates to warehouse management.
About You The successful candidate will have: Previous experience leading a warehouse or logistics team ideally within an e-commerce environment.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
The ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-moving environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
Experience working with warehouse management systems is desirable but not essential.
Working Hours Monday to Friday Evening shift ( 2:30pm-11:00pm ) Additional hours and Saturday may be required during peak trading periods.
