Executive Assistant (Temp 6 month contract) | Warrington | up to £40k DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, Flexible working hours
We have an exciting opportunity to join an amazing brand based in Warrington. The Executive Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the Senior Vice President to perform their role efficiently.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Make travel arrangements for the SVP, including European and international travel, hotel bookings, transfers, and detailed itineraries.
- Exercise discretion when managing the SVP's time, proactively evaluating needs for calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the Travel Manager with a third-party travel company: manage the system, train users, and oversee the service agreement.
- Assist the SLT in organizing departmental summits, including venue finding and travel logistics.
- Provide active support for major company-wide events such as Brand Summits.
- Partner with the Office & Facilities Manager to ensure mutual coverage during absences.
Executive Assistant Key Requirements:
- Strong time-management abilities with the capacity to organise and manage multiple concurrent projects. Experience with project management is beneficial.
- Expertise in managing corporate travel arrangements.
- A team player with a flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to changing demands.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
