As the brand continues its impressive growth journey, they’re looking for an ambitious Assistant Merchandiser to join their collaborative and fast-paced team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced MAA or AM who loves trading product, analysing performance and influencing commercial decisions within a modern, scaling retail business.
The RoleWorking closely with the Head of Merchandising and wider teams across Buying, Design, Ecommerce and Wholesale, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, optimising stock and supporting the performance of multiple product categories. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy balancing analysis with commercial decision-making and want exposure across a rapidly evolving omnichannel fashion business.
What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting weekly and seasonal trading analysis across multiple departments
- Producing reports, sales analysis and performance insights to support key business decisions
- Managing WSSI documents and merchandising reporting
- Monitoring stock levels, size performance and allocations to maximise sales opportunities
- Supporting stock flow across ecommerce, retail and wholesale channels
- Working closely with Buying and Production teams to manage critical paths and launches
- Identifying risks and opportunities through trading and customer behaviour analysis
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate reporting, forecasting and stock data
- Previous experience within an Assistant Merchandiser or Merchandising role, ideally within fashion retail
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence interpreting data
- Commercial awareness and understanding of customer behaviour
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience across ecommerce and retail channels would be highly beneficial
- A genuine passion for product, fashion and trading
