You’ll bring:
- 2+ years' experience leading teams in retail
- Strong visual merchandising capability and commercial awareness
- A natural eye for detail and customer experience
- Experience in fashion, footwear, accessories, lifestyle or large-format retail
- Confidence influencing and developing teams
- Energy, pace and a passion for delivering results
- Experience managing high-volume environments and large turnovers would be advantageous.
