Are you an experienced Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Retail Leader looking for your next opportunity in fashion retail? We're recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join a successful and growing fashion retailer based at Edinburgh Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Store Manager, lead a passionate team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

This is a full-time, 40-hour position based at Edinburgh Airport. The store trades between 4:00am and 11:00pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays. Full flexibility across these trading hours is essential.

Salary of £29,000 - £30,000 depending on experience:

The Assistant Manager Role

  • Supporting the Store Manager, you'll help drive the commercial performance of the store while leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Coaching, developing and motivating the team
  • Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Supporting recruitment, training and colleague development
  • Managing stock, compliance and day-to-day store operations
  • Taking responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence

We're looking for an experienced retail leader who enjoys developing people and delivering results. You'll ideally have experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Department Manager, Deputy Manager or Store Manager within fashion retail, lifestyle retail, premium retail or a similar customer-focused environment.

Experience driving sales and KPI performance, strong leadership and coaching skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are essential. Full flexibility to work shifts between 4:00am and 11:00pm is required.
