We're working with a well-established and growing business within a customer‑focused, service‑led sector, looking to recruit a Call Centre Sales Advisor to join their team in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment, with a strong focus on inbound enquiries (around 95%), meaning you'll be dealing with warm, engaged customers rather than heavy outbound calling.

The Role

  • Manage a high volume of inbound enquiries, support customers through their journey and convert opportunities into sales, with only a small element of outbound follow‑up.
  • Handle predominantly inbound sales calls (circa 95%).
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Maximise opportunities through upselling additional services.
  • Maintain accurate records on the CRM system.
  • Support with reporting and general team performance.
  • Escalate any issues or complaints where required.

About You

  • Experience within a call centre or contact centre environment preferred but not essential.
  • Customer service sales experience is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
