We're recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading national franchise organisation within the care sector. This relationship-led role supports franchise owners to grow profitable, sustainable businesses while maintaining high operational standards. You'll manage a portfolio of franchise businesses across the UK, driving revenue growth, improving performance and supporting owners through coaching, strategy and commercial guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support franchise owners with business growth and performance
- Drive improvements in revenue, client acquisition and service delivery
- Coach owners on sales, KPIs, forecasting and business planning
- Analyse financial and operational performance data
- Share best practice across the network
- Deliver workshops and performance meetings

About You
- Experience in franchise, multi-site or business consulting environments
