This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a business undergoing exciting digital transformation, helping deliver a new e-commerce platform and driving efficiency across core systems.
In this business-facing role, you'll collaborate with multiple teams, ensuring projects are scoped, delivered, and embedded in ways that truly enhance both customer experience and operational performance. With visibility across IT, e-commerce, and wider retail functions, it's a varied and impactful position offering genuine scope to grow.

Role Responsibilities:· Scope, gather, and document requirements for new projects and change requests.· Run workshops, capturing processes.· Collaborate with IT, e-commerce, and third-party partners from estimation through to delivery.· Break down work into clear plans, tasks, and deliverables.· Capture and analyse data requirements to measure improvements.· Champion the customer experience throughout all projects.· Assist QA, UAT, and user training to ensure smooth delivery.· Keep stakeholders fully informed on progress, risks, and dependencies.· Provide clear recommendations based on financial, resource, and technology considerations.
About You:· Experienced Business Analyst with strong retail or e-commerce experience.· Skilled communicator with clear, concise documentation ability.· Strong organisational skills.· Flexible, action-oriented, and motivated by delivering results.· Knowledge of ERP systems (AX, Oracle, SAP) is highly desirable.
