The Role:

As Head of Marketing, you'll lead the development and execution of a multi-channel marketing strategy, spanning brand, performance, and customer lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

About You:

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, with proven success in a senior leadership role within fashion or DTC eCommerce.
  • Strong track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Highly commercial mindset, with the ability to link marketing activity directly to revenue and growth.
  • Strong creative instinct, with the ability to originate ideas and think beyond established strategies.
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Highly data-driven, confident using insights to optimise performance and demonstrate ROI.
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets with clear accountability for results.
  • Ability to identify emerging opportunities and scale new channels effectively.
