We are working with a fast-paced, operational business looking to bring in an HR Business Partner to support their supply chain function. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, partnering with leaders on the ground and playing a key role in shaping people strategy in a complex, unionised environment. This isn't a role where you'll sit on the sidelines; you'll be visible, hands-on and right at the heart of the business.
What you'll be doing:
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across the supply chain and operational teams
- Supporting and coaching leaders on all areas of people management
- Leading on employee relations activity, including complex casework
- Building strong relationships with union representatives and supporting ongoing union engagement
- Supporting organisational change, restructures and transformation activity
- Using data and insight to influence decision making and improve performance
- Working closely with the wider People team to deliver key initiatives
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a HR Business Partner within a supply chain, logistics or operational environment
- Strong experience working within a unionised setting is essential
- Confident managing complex ER cases and supporting senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- A hands-on approach with the ability to balance both strategic and operational priorities
- Strong relationship builder who can influence at all levels
