We are a fast-growing British sportswear brand, combining performance-led design with modern British style. With a strong domestic presence and accelerating international demand, we are now seeking an exceptional Global Sales Director to lead our worldwide sales strategy and drive the next phase of growth.
As Global Sales Director, you will own and deliver the global sales vision across wholesale, key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners. You will be responsible for building high-performing regional sales teams, expanding our international footprint, and strengthening relationships with major global retailers. This is a senior leadership role for a commercially driven individual with deep experience in international sales within sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a global sales strategy aligned with the brand's growth objectives.
- Drive revenue growth across all international markets, with clear KPIs and targets.
- Lead, mentor, and scale regional and international sales teams.
- Manage key global accounts and strategic wholesale partnerships.
- Identify and develop new markets, distributors, and channel opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment across go-to-market strategies.
- Own sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Represent the brand at international trade shows and key industry events.
- Proven experience in a senior international sales leadership role (Global / International Sales Director or equivalent).
- Strong background in sportswear, apparel, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrable success driving international wholesale and distributor-led growth.
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.
- Confident leader with experience managing multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
