Are you an experienced manager with a genuine passion for fishing and angling? We're recruiting for a General Manager in Reading for a well-established business serving the angling community. This is an opportunity for a hands-on, commercially minded leader who can lead a team, drive sales and deliver an excellent customer experience, while working in an environment centred around something you're genuinely passionate about.

Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience

The Role

As General Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the business. You'll be responsible for:
