Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product setup and merchandising across ecommerce platforms
- Ensure products are correctly categorised, attributed, and optimised for onsite navigation and filtering
- Support product launches, campaign activity, and seasonal trading updates
- Maintain high standards of product presentation across PLPs and category pages
- Work closely with internal teams to support launch timelines and promotional activity
- Execute onsite merchandising strategies to improve conversion and customer engagement
- Optimise PLP rankings, sorting rules, navigation, and onsite search functionality
- Use analytics and trading data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements
- Monitor customer behaviour and recommend changes to improve the digital customer journey
- Support A/B testing and onsite optimisation initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion through merchandising and product placement
- Analyse site performance, product engagement, and trading data
- Support reporting across digital merchandising and trading activity
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain product housekeeping processes
About You:
- Previous experience within Digital Merchandising, Ecommerce, Trading, Buying, or Merchandising
- Understanding of ecommerce merchandising principles and customer journey optimisation
- Experience working with product merchandising systems and ecommerce platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
- Understanding of conversion-focused merchandising and onsite optimisation
- Experience working with PLPs, product categorisation, filtering, and onsite search
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Collaborative approach with strong communication skills
