We're working with one of the most exciting names in fashion right now - a brand that's blown up globally, stayed firmly on the pulse, and genuinely puts the customer at the heart of everything they do. They're scaling fast. And they need a Senior Merchandiser to help them do it properly.
The Role: This is a brand-new position and a genuinely key hire. You'll shape how they plan, manage stock, and drive profitability - building the fundamentals that let the creative side keep flourishing.
What You'll Own:
- Develop and embed planning frameworks that match the pace of the business
- Manage stock efficiently across multiple markets - no more guessing, no more miss
- Drive sales and margin through sharp analysis and even sharper decision-making
- Own the trading rhythm - WSSI, OTB, forecasting, replenishment, the lot
- Partner closely with Product, Design, and Finance to keep everything aligned
- Work directly with the senior leadership team - flat structure, fast sign-offs
What We're Looking For:
- Solid track record as a Merchandiser or Senior Merchandiser
- Fashion or lifestyle brand experience - you understand product and pace
- Strong analytical skills with commercial instinct to match
- Comfortable in high-growth, slightly chaotic environments (in a good way)
- Someone who'd rather build something than inherit a machine
Why This Works: No bureaucracy. No red tape. Just a brilliant product, a customer-obsessed mindset, and the chance to put proper merchandising discipline underneath it. If you're tired of corporate slowness and want to see your work actually move the needle, this is it.
