The Creative Strategist will play a central role in driving customer acquisition through performance led creative across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You will own the thinking behind the creative, turning customer insight into scroll stopping concepts, strong briefs and high performing campaigns.
This position offers real autonomy and influence. You will work closely with performance and content teams to build a structured testing roadmap, ensuring a consistent pipeline of creative that drives engagement and conversion.

- Excellent copywriting skills with ability to create high impact hooks
- Experience within DTC or ecommerce environments
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
- Strong analytical mindset with a test and learn approach
