Bench Joiner | Warrington | £20.00ph
We are recruiting for a well-established, family-run joinery business based in Warrington, with a proud reputation for delivering high-quality, bespoke joinery. As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a talented and experienced Bench Joiner to become a valued member of a team.
You'll play a key role in producing bespoke joinery items to exact specifications, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide variety of exciting and bespoke projects in a well-equipped workshop, alongside a long established, friendly and skilled team.
Bench Joiner Key Responsibilities
- Craftsmanship: Create high-quality bespoke joinery pieces (e.g. Media walls, fitted furniture, kitchen joinery and architectural components) using traditional and modern techniques.
- Technical Interpretation: Read and work from detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Assembly & Finishing: Accurately assemble and finish joinery items with attention to both quality and aesthetics.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct checks at every stage to ensure the product meets internal and client expectations.
- Tool & Equipment Maintenance: Keep tools and machinery in top condition for safe and efficient operation.
- Health & Safety: Always adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and project delivery.
