An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing commercial organisation with an established customer base across the UK and Ireland. Following continued investment and ambitious growth plans, the business is looking to appoint a commercially driven Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, develop long term customer relationships and support future expansion. This is a consultative sales role focused on delivering tailored business solutions to customers across a variety of sectors.
Reporting into the senior commercial leadership team, the Business Development Manager will play a key role in growing the customer portfolio, developing strategic partnerships and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across a range of industry sectors
- Build and maintain strong long term customer relationships
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to support sustainable business growth
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and contract award
- Maximise opportunities within existing customer accounts through account development and cross selling
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new commercial opportunities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop tailored customer solutions
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of five years' experience as a Business Development Manager within a business to business commercial environment, ideally selling complex service solutions
- Proven track record of winning new business and growing customer accounts
- Strong commercial awareness with experience engaging senior decision makers
- Self motivated, target driven and comfortable managing your own pipeline
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
