This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on in store, delivering excellent customer service and taking responsibility on shift. \n You don't necessarily need to be an experienced Supervisor. If you're a strong Senior Sales Assistant or experienced Sales Assistant ready to take the next step, we'd love to hear from you. \n What's on offer: \n \n \n £13.00 - £13.50 per hour \n \n 16 hours per week across 2 days \n \n No Sunday working \n \n Supportive team environment \n \n Training and development opportunities \n \n Potential for career progression \n \n The Role: \n \n \n Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming store environment \n \n Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store \n \n Take responsibility for the store and team when required \n \n Drive sales and support the team to achieve targets \n \n Open and close the store when required \n \n Maintain high standards across merchandising, stock and store presentation \n \n Receive deliveries and support with stock control and replenishment \n \n Lead by example on the shop floor \n \n Support and coach colleagues when required \n \n Help create a positive and engaging customer experience \n \n About You: \n \n \n Previous retail or customer service experience \n \n Experience working as a Senior Sales Assistant, Key Holder or Supervisor is beneficial \n \n Confident, friendly and comfortable working with customers \n \n A positive, hands-on approach to retail \n \n Good communication and organisational skills \n \n Commercially aware with a focus on delivering great customer service \n \n Reliable and flexible, with availability across 2 days per week \n \n Must be able to drive \n \n If you're an experienced Sales Assistant, Senior Sales Assistant, Key Holder or Supervisor looking for a part-time retail opportunity in Inverness. \n BH37475 \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
