What you'll be doing:
As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, leading your team to deliver strong commercial results and an exceptional customer experience. You will:
- Lead, inspire and develop your team to achieve sales and service targets
- Drive store performance through strong commercial awareness and decision making
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience through coaching and leading by example
