About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. Your role will focus on people leadership, performance management, and operational excellence - with clear progression opportunities into Store Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a department and step up as Duty Manager when required
- Support the Store Manager in delivering KPIs: sales, shrinkage, and wage control
