Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong sales leadership to drive team performance and exceed store targets
• Support the Store Manager in delivering customer service excellence at all times
• Help manage retail operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store standards
• Take on elements of P&L responsibility and contribute to driving profitability
• Assist in recruitment & training, ensuring the team is motivated and well-developed
• Maintain a high standard of store presentation and operational compliance
• Step up to lead the store in the Store Manager\’s absence, showing confidence and initiative

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or experienced Supervisor in retail management
• Strong team management skills with the ability to coach and motivate
• A proactive and hands-on approach to driving sales and operations
• Organised, efficient, and adaptable in a busy retail environment
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving commercial goals
