We\’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Manager to support the management of our new retail team in Bristol for an exciting brand specialising in sportswear. This is a fantastic opportunity for a retail professional with a passion for running, cycling, and other outdoor activities to play a key role in the success of a new store, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer service in the sportswear and sports performance sector.

About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you\’ll play a key role in opening and managing our new store in Bristol, supporting the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure the store runs efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Store Manager in leading the retail team to drive sales and exceed KPIs
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
- Managing stock, executing promotions, and overseeing product launches
