What You'll Be Doing as Assistant Manager

  • Drive sales performance and support the Store Manager in delivering commercial success
  • Lead, inspire and develop the team - focusing on Recruitment & Training and long-term Team Management
  • Deliver a premium retail experience and champion Customer Service Excellence
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, with responsibility for stock, standards, and Visual Merchandising
  • Take ownership of KPIs and contribute to P&L Responsibility alongside your manager
  • Support succession planning by coaching your team to be their best every day
