We're looking for an experienced Senior Creative Producer to take ambitious event concepts from the first spark of an idea through to live delivery. Joining a fast-growing international events business, you'll help shape a portfolio of high-energy event brands operating across the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, the USA and Canada. With 35+ events taking place every week, this is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on pace, variety and seeing ideas become reality.
You'll work across theming, décor, props, scenic elements, installations, staging and immersive audience experiences - combining strong creative instincts with the production know-how to make it happen.
The Role
- Working closely with the Head of Event Creative & Talent, you'll own creative projects from concept through to production, rollout and on-site execution.
- Develop event themes, décor, props, scenic elements, installations and immersive experiences.
- Create clear production plans, briefs, timelines and budgets.
- Manage suppliers, fabricators, contractors and production partners.
- Oversee the production, rollout and maintenance of creative assets.
- Maintain creative quality and brand consistency across venues and territories.
- Collaborate with Events, Talent, Operations, Marketing and Merchandising.
- Support and guide the Event Creative & Merchandising Coordinator.
- Attend site visits, launches and live events.
- Review existing formats and identify ways to elevate the audience experience.
About You
You're a creative producer who loves the point where ideas meet execution. You're comfortable thinking creatively, getting into the detail and taking ownership - while keeping budgets, deadlines and logistics firmly in view. You'll ideally bring:
- Proven experience in live events, entertainment, theatre, festivals, nightlife, experiential or immersive production.
- A track record of taking creative concepts from idea to execution.
- Strong knowledge of theming, décor, props, staging, scenic production or installations.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, suppliers and multiple projects.
- Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A practical understanding of event logistics and on-site production.
- Confidence making decisions in a fast-moving environment.
- A sharp eye for detail and instinct for what makes a live experience memorable.
- Experience with international events, touring productions, creative software or project management platforms would be a bonus.
The Opportunity
This is not a role where great ideas disappear into a presentation deck. You'll see your work built, installed and experienced by live audiences around the world. You'll join an ambitious business at an exciting stage of growth, with the opportunity to shape established brands, develop new concepts and raise the creative bar internationally.
Location & Working Pattern
Monday to Friday, fully office-based in Oval, London. This role does not offer hybrid or remote working. Flexibility will occasionally be required around launches and events, including some evening/weekend work and international travel.
Salary & Benefits
£40,000-£45,000 + benefits, depending on experience.
Ready to Create Something People Remember? If you're an experienced creative producer excited by big ideas, live audiences and bringing ambitious concepts to life, we'd love to hear from you.
