This is a hands-on role you will be in field 5 days a week, building strong relationships, influencing your partners through regular visits, meeting two -four clients a day.The Role Achieve seasonal sales budgets for their territory, following the planning guidelines. Directly manage all territory partners – offline and online – working closely with all key stakeholders, including owners, buyers and merchandisers of the partner. Maximise sales of new collections and repeat orders from designated accounts in the area, providing guidance and advice to wholesale partners as necessary. Identify new wholesale accounts in your area and making recommendations to your line manager. Develop, negotiate, and manage relationships and agreements with partners to grow the territory and improve profitability. Provide monthly reporting to cover sell in, sell out, forecasting Create efficient journey plans that maximise your time, and complete weekly visit reports. Support the partner with detailed analysis of their sell out using your skills with Excel and product knowledge, as well as UK wide sales data to drive best sellers.
