Our client, a leading organisation within the retail sector, is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of stores. Area Manager Role Overview
The Area Manager will be responsible for leading and inspiring store teams to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence across their area. The successful candidate will play a key role in maximising profitability, maintaining brand standards, and building a strong culture of

Area Manager Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams to deliver strong commercial and operational outcomes.
Drive sales and profitability through effective business planning, performance management, and execution.
