Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.
- Lead, motivate and coach the team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain high service standards.
- Support with visual merchandising and maintaining strong store standards.
- Assist with stock management, deliveries and loss prevention.
- Help develop and train new and existing team members.
About You:
- Previous experience in a Supervisor, Senior Sales Advisor or Assistant Manager role.
- A strong understanding of retail KPIs and commercial performance.
