A fast-growing lifestyle retailer is looking to appoint a Creative Lead to support and strengthen its in-house creative output. This role sits within an established creative team and plays a key part in delivering high-quality visual work across campaigns, product launches and digital channels. The Creative Lead will be hands-on in both concept and execution, contributing to how the brand looks, feels and communicates.
Working closely with the Creative Director and partnering with brand, ecommerce, marketing and social teams, the Creative Lead will help ensure creative is consistent, relevant and commercially effective. This is a role suited to someone who understands modern brand building, values good design and knows how to translate ideas into clear, well-executed creative.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver creative concepts for campaigns, product launches and brand activity
- Design and produce assets across digital, social, ecommerce and retail touchpoints
- Support the planning and delivery of photo and video shoots, contributing to visual direction
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all outputs
- Work collaboratively with marketing, ecommerce and social teams to meet briefs and deadlines
- Manage multiple creative projects at once, from concept through to final delivery
- Stay informed on relevant design, fashion and lifestyle trends to keep creative output current
- Present work clearly and respond constructively to feedback
- Experience in a creative role within a brand, ideally fashion, sportswear or lifestyle
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, campaigns and brand-led creative
- Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- The ability to think creatively while remaining practical and detail-focused
- Confidence working at pace and managing competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- A genuine interest in product, design and visual storytelling
- Comfortable taking ownership of work while contributing to a wider team
