This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same.

You'll work closely with senior leaders, gaining invaluable exposure while developing your organisational, communication and executive support skills within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Working alongside the Senior Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to the executive office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of schedules, communications and key business activities.

Administrator

Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Senior Executive Assistant and Executive Team.

Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.

Monitor and manage email inboxes, prioritising and responding where appropriate.

Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation and occasional personal bookings.
