About the Role: Zachary Daniels Recruitment is excited to be working with a leading national retailer to find an experienced Acquisitions Surveyor to join their growing property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the retailer’s nationwide expansion strategy, with the flexibility of a hybrid working model that allows you to work remotely, with occasional travel to sites as needed. As an Acquisitions Surveyor, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and acquiring new retail and hospitality locations across the UK. This role offers the opportunity to influence the growth of the business and make a significant impact on its property portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Acquire Properties: Source and assess new retail and hospitality sites that align with the company’s growth objectives, focusing on prime locations across the UK. Negotiate Lease Terms: Lead negotiations with landlords, agents, and property owners to secure competitive lease agreements and favourable terms for the retailer.
