The Opportunity

As a Workforce Management Manager, you will take ownership of labour modelling and forecasting capability, driving continuous improvement and helping to shape the future of workforce planning across a complex retail operation. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Technology and Data, the Workforce Management Manager will ensure labour planning supports business priorities while identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and operational performance.
