The Role
As Wholesale Account Coordinator, you'll support a portfolio of retail customers, working closely with sales, operations and supply chain teams to ensure orders are delivered smoothly and customers receive an outstanding experience. This role offers fantastic exposure across the business and would suit someone looking to broaden their experience within a successful international brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of wholesale customer accounts
- Manage customer orders and account administration
- Act as a key point of contact for customer queries
- Work closely with sales, operations and supply chain teams

- Build strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a wholesale, sales support, customer operations, merchandising or account coordination role
- Alternatively, experience as a Merchandising Assistant, Allocator or Buying Assistant within a retail head office environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communication skills and a proactive approach
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
