Zachary Daniels are partnering with a well-known retail business to recruit an experienced Internal Recruiter for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity to join a busy, collaborative in-house Talent team, supporting recruitment across a broad range of Head Office functions including Finance, HR and specialist operational teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of Head Office and specialist roles
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their teams, challenges and hiring needs
- Proactively sourcing and engaging talent, particularly within more challenging candidate markets
- Managing multiple vacancies at different levels and across different functions
- Delivering a brilliant candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Using a range of sourcing methods to identify both active and passive talent
- Bringing ideas to the table around attraction, sourcing and how to reach the best people in the market
What we're looking for:
- You'll ideally have previous experience working within an in-house recruitment or Talent Acquisition team and be comfortable managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
- You'll be proactive, organised and confident working directly with hiring managers, with strong direct sourcing experience and the ability to get up to speed quickly.
- Retail or consumer experience would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
- More importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys being part of a team, can build relationships quickly and is happy to get stuck in from day one.

- 6 month FTC
- Immediate start
- Hybrid working, with 2-3 days per week in the office
