Our client requires a highly experienced Qualified Accountant with experience of managing, who is wanting more exposure and long term opportunities. Reporting directly to, you'll lead a team of 4 whilst taking ownership of management accounts, stock reporting, rebates, analysis and process improvements. The role offers a fantastic mix of technical accounting, commercial exposure and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for accurate Monthly Management Accounts and reporting
  • Stock and inventory analysis
  • Rebate accounting and reporting
  • Margin and profitability analysis
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Process improvements and reporting enhancements
  • Team leadership, coaching and development
  • Business Partner across all areas and build strong relationships
  • Act as a key point of contact for financial queries and issue resolutions
  • Communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
About You
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or finalist with relevant experience)
  • Strong management accounting background
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience working within a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Enjoys developing and supporting junior team members
  • Positive, proactive and hands-on approach
